Finishing up ? in Riobamba

After three and a half years as Administrator of the apartment building in Riobamba, we held a General Assembly to elect a new administrator and treasurer. The photo shows that our apartment is now empty and ready for sale. We are called to serve, and I did so eagerly for several years. I was disappointed that no one volunteered to be the new administrator. Few are willing to serve. So we had to draw lots for the new administrator and treasurer. I'm not sure that's going to work, but that's what the majority decided. I'm convinced the newly elected are going to want some help. So I plan to continue to serve as long as I can. I guess I haven't finished yet in Riobamba.
